Looking for a church family? You would be very welcome at Philly.
St Thomas Philadelphia—usually called “Philly”—is part of Network Church Sheffield. We are an intergenerational church family where students, children, families and older people from many different backgrounds worship and share life together.
Students are welcomed into the full life of the church—Sunday worship, midweek communities, friendships across generations, and opportunities to serve and grow in faith. We also work with Fusion and are delighted to hear from students who find us through the Student Linkup app.

Sundays at 10.30am
Conference Centre, 120 Portland Street, Sheffield S6 3DN
Our gathering includes worship, Bible teaching and time to meet people over refreshments. You do not need to know anyone before you arrive. Tell one of the welcome team that you are new and we will help you find your way around.

Mike is the NCS Senior Leader and vicar at Philly. He is currently the main contact for students.

Isaac oversees hospitality at Philly and helps new people—including students—feel welcomed and connected.
Fancy Sunday lunch with a family from church? Get in touch to say hello and we’ll find a date that works. It is a lovely chance to get to know people and ask any questions about Philly.
You can also come to our next Welcome Lunch on Sunday 18 October, 12–2pm at the Conference Centre. It is for anyone who has recently started coming to Philly and is a relaxed way to meet other people.
Our midweek Communities are smaller places to build friendships, grow in faith and share life with people from across the church.
Our Evening Gathering meets at 6.30pm on the second Sunday of each month. It is another opportunity to worship, pray and meet people.
If you would like someone to look out for you, arrange lunch or answer a question before Sunday, send us a short message. Mike or Isaac will get back to you.
